SNAP Outreach


The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as the Food Stamp Program, helps low-income people buy the food, such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains, they need for good health. SNAP offers nutrition assistance to millions of eligible, low-income individuals and families and provides economic benefits to communities.
