Final Rule: Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program Regulations

Final Rule: For-Profit Center Participation in the CACFP

This rule adopts without change the interim rule, published on July 27, 2005, which added a provision to the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) regulations authorizing for-profit centers providing child care or outside-school-hours care to participate based on the income eligibility of 25 percent of children in care for free or reduced price meals.
